Just like in level 4.7, if you get a reseat request you can't fill, then you can pick the guest up and drop him/her right back in his/her seat to remove the request. Be on the lookout for requests you can fill during the cake round, though!

Leave Chuck [Diane] seated until seating Diane [Chuck] with Group 2.

Leave Chloe seated at the Dove Table until seating Ernie with Group 2.

Note: You can serve Bob and get rid of him, then replace him with Derek (the last guest). It's mathematically exactly the same as serving Derek in Group 3, and it may be easier than trying to keep Derek happy while he waits.
Derek can go anywhere...
